- 請親臨本校領取報名表格或在本校網站下載。
- 填妥表格及連同學童近照、最近期的成績表/學業評估副本及選校表格副本(如有)交回本校校務處。
- 如屬天主教教友，請附領洗紙副本。
- 截止日期：2026年6月10日(星期三) 下午5時正
- 面試日期：2026年6月11日(星期四) 下午
(乙) 取錄通知：
- 由於面試後需時甄選，本校將以電話通知獲選的申請人家長。
- 落選的申請，恕不另行通知。
(丙) 查詢：
- 請於辦公時間內致電本校 2675 6617 與 譚主任 或 邱小姐 聯絡。
(丁) 辦公時間：星期一至星期六 上午9時 至 下午5時正

Primary One Waiting List Application Guidelines
(1) Application:
- Application Dates: From June 3, 2026 (Wednesday) to June 10, 2026 (Wednesday)
- Please visit our school to collect the application form or download it from our school website.
- Complete the form and submit it along with a recent photo of the child, a copy of the most recent report card/academic assessment, and a copy of the school selection form (if applicable) to the school office.
- If you are a Catholic, please attach a copy of the baptism certificate.
- Deadline: June 10, 2026 (Wednesday) by 5:00 p.m.
- Interview Date: June 11, 2026 (Thursday) afternoon
(2) Admission Notification:
- The school will notify the parents of selected applicants by phone.
- Unsuccessful applicants will not be notified.
